We will be working to deliver a highly sustainable development which promotes biodiversity and contributes positively to the environment.

We will:

• deliver a coherent site wide landscaping approach that will complement the adjacent residential proposals 

• deliver a highly sustainable landscape design for the school, providing a multi-use games area and creating playful and sensory areas for pupils 

• create an important biodiversity corridor on the southern boundary, complementing the site wide masterplan

• retain the important trees on South Worple Way

• achieve planning Urban Greening Factor requirements

• achieve Net Zero carbon in operation

• achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
